As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to work with a design firm for a renovation project for my home. The process was smooth, and the team at this company was professional and accommodating. They took the time to understand my vision and provided creative ideas to enhance the overall design. The end result was satisfactory, meeting my expectations. However, I felt that there were some areas where more attention to detail could have been given. Additionally, the communication during the project could have been improved to keep me more informed. Despite these minor downsides, the team was friendly and responsive throughout the process. Overall, it was an average experience, but they delivered a decent outcome. 👍
