I recently enrolled in a program through their website. The registration process was smooth, and their customer service team was helpful and responsive to my inquiries. However, I found the layout of the website to be a bit clunky, making it difficult to navigate through the different sections. The course content was informative, but the delivery could have been more engaging. It would be beneficial if the company could enhance the user experience on their website and refine their instructional approach. Overall, my experience was average, and there is definitely room for improvement.
