I recently joined Nandi yoga and I'm extremely happy with my decision. The classes are amazing and the instructors are skilled and supportive. The atmosphere at Nandi yoga is very conducive to learning and growth. I appreciate the variety of classes offered, as it allows me to explore different aspects of yoga. I've noticed improvements in my flexibility, strength, and overall well-being since joining. Highly recommend!
