I recently used the services of this company and found the experience to be quite average. While the website was easy to navigate and provided some useful information, I did encounter some issues with slower response times when trying to get in touch with customer service. The staff, though polite, seemed a bit overwhelmed and it took longer than expected to have my queries addressed. Additionally, I also noticed that some of the information provided on the website was not entirely up to date. Overall, I would rate the experience as average. There is definitely potential for improvement in terms of responsiveness and keeping the website content current.
