I recently used the services of this company for my home renovation project. The website was easy to navigate and had a good range of design inspirations. However, I found the communication with the design team to be lacking, as I often had to follow up multiple times for updates. The design concepts were average, and I was expecting more creativity considering the company's reputation. The timeline for the project was also delayed, which was frustrating. On a positive note, the installation team was professional and did a good job. Overall, my experience was average, and I hope the company takes steps to improve their communication and design creativity in the future.
