The overall experience with Vip valet services, inc. was average. The valet was prompt in parking my car but took a little longer than expected to retrieve it. The staff was friendly and professional. However, I expected better attention to detail when it comes to handling customer vehicles. The parking area could also be better maintained. Overall, an average experience.
