I recently purchased some surgical supplies from this company's website. The ordering process was fairly simple and the website layout was user-friendly. However, I was slightly disappointed with the delivery time as it took longer than expected for my order to arrive. The products I received were of average quality, nothing exceptional but they got the job done. The customer service was okay, but not exceptional either. I had a minor issue with my order and it took a while to get a response from the customer support team. Overall, my experience with this company was average. They have a decent selection of products with a user-friendly website, but there is room for improvement in terms of delivery time and customer service.
