I recently hired 🏢 for their acoustic services. Although I had high expectations, I felt slightly disappointed with their performance. The website was informative and user-friendly; however, the actual service fell short. The team lacked attention to detail, and I had to constantly remind them of certain requirements. Moreover, the project took longer than expected, causing inconvenience. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and professional, making the communication process smooth. The end result was satisfactory, but not outstanding. Overall, my experience with 🏢 was average. I hoped for better execution considering the price I paid. While they possess potential, improvements in their efficiency and timeliness would greatly enhance customer satisfaction.
