I recently had the opportunity to use the services of a consultancy firm specializing in international training and development. While their website was informative and user-friendly, my overall experience was average. The company provided adequate support and resources for honing my professional skills, but I found their approach to be somewhat generic. The training programs lacked a certain level of personalization and depth. Additionally, the consultants failed to adequately understand my specific needs and goals, resulting in a generic approach that did not fully cater to my individual requirements. Moreover, their pricing structure seemed a bit steep for the level of service provided. Overall, while I appreciate the efforts by the company, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of tailoring their services and understanding the unique needs of their clients.
