My experience with Rezayat group has been a mixed bag. While some aspects were satisfactory, others left much to be desired. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was smooth. However, the customer support was lacking. It took them an unusually long time to respond to my queries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. This impacted my overall experience with the company. On the positive side, the quality of their products was commendable. They lived up to my expectations in terms of functionality and durability. Nevertheless, I hope they improve their customer service for a better customer experience in the future.
