I had a mixed experience with Melodram. While their products are of good quality, their customer service is lacking. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, when I had an issue with one of my orders, it took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and resolve the problem. Overall, I would say my experience with Melodram was average.
