I recently used a design firm and had an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate, and I could find some useful information about their services. However, I found the communication to be a bit slow and lacking in detail. The design work itself was decent, but I expected a bit more creativity and originality. The project took a little longer than I had hoped, and there were a few small errors that needed correcting. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and professional, and they did ultimately deliver a satisfactory end result. Overall, I would say it was an average experience, not outstanding but not terrible either.
