I have been a customer of Pointe Coupee Electric Membership Corporation for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While they do provide a reliable electricity supply, I feel that their rates are a bit on the higher side compared to other electric companies in the area. The customer service, however, has always been great, as the representatives are friendly and helpful whenever I have any questions or issues to address. Overall, I would say that Pointe Coupee Electric Membership Corporation is an average company with room for improvement in terms of pricing.
