I recently had the opportunity to work with a business broker in Chattanooga, TN and overall, I found the experience to be average. The website provided adequate information but was not above and beyond in terms of design and user-friendliness. The customer service was satisfactory, with prompt responses to my inquiries. However, I felt that the level of professionalism could have been improved. The broker displayed good knowledge about the local market but lacked creativity and innovative strategies in guiding me through the process. While they managed to find potential buyers for my business, the negotiation phase was somewhat underwhelming. Ultimately, the transaction was completed, but I left feeling that there was room for improvement in terms of their approach and expertise. Overall, an average experience.
