The company had an alright experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a wide range of products to choose from. However, the overall customer service was just average. Although they were polite and responsive, some of my queries took longer than expected to be resolved. The product quality was satisfactory, but not exceptional. I wasn't blown away by the design or craftsmanship, but it was decent for the price. The delivery process was fairly smooth, with no issues or delays. Overall, I would rate the company as average. They have a decent selection of products, but they could improve their customer service and product quality to stand out from the competition.
