I've tried many different pilates studios, but Rock the reformer® by potomac pilates is by far the best. The instructors are skilled, professional, and always make sure to correct my form to prevent injuries. The studio has a welcoming atmosphere and the reformer machines are of high quality. I am truly impressed with the results I have achieved so far. Highly recommend this studio to anyone interested in reformer pilates!
