I recently had an experience with a certain eye hospital and found their services to be adequate. The staff were professional and courteous, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, I did notice a slight delay in receiving my appointment and some confusion during the check-in process. The doctor I saw was knowledgeable and took the time to address my concerns, but I felt a bit rushed during the examination. Additionally, the billing process was a bit confusing, and I had to follow up multiple times to clarify some charges. Overall, my experience was average, and while the hospital provides good care, there are some areas that could be improved to enhance the overall customer experience.
