I recently hired a company to handle the interior fitouts for my office, and I must say that I had an average experience with them. While they were able to complete the project within the agreed-upon time frame, there were a few areas that I felt could have been improved. The communication during the project was not as prompt as I had hoped for, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get updates. Additionally, there were a few minor details that were overlooked and required further attention. However, I do appreciate the effort that the team put into resolving these issues in a timely manner. The quality of the final result was acceptable, but I expected a bit more attention to detail. Overall, I would rate the company as average, but with room for improvement in terms of communication and attention to detail.
