I had an average experience with Tropical mountains gmbh. The website, tropicalmountains.ch, was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time for someone to respond to my inquiries and when they did, they were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience as mediocre.
