I've been practicing yoga for a few years now and have tried out many different studios, but Yoga deza is definitely one of my favorites. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, and the classes are always challenging but accessible. The studio space is clean and inviting, and the community is warm and welcoming. I love coming here to practice and always leave feeling refreshed and energized. Would highly recommend!
