My experience with Untoldhomes was satisfactory. The website was user-friendly and the booking process was smooth. The property I stayed in was decent but had a few maintenance issues that could be improved. The customer service team was responsive to my concerns and addressed the issues promptly. While there is room for improvement, I would consider using Untoldhomes again for my future vacation rental needs.
