I recently used a benefits consulting service and found it to be quite average in terms of the overall experience. The company's website was easy to navigate and contained useful information about various benefits options. However, I felt that the customer service could have been more responsive and proactive in assisting me with my queries. The communication was average at best, as it took longer than anticipated to receive a response to my inquiries. The services provided were satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary or exceptional. Overall, while I did receive the benefits information I needed, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and responsiveness.
