The Crowne Plaza West Hanoi Hotel & Residences exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the stunning views from the rooftop bar. Overall, a great experience!
