I recently hired a landscaping company for my backyard project, and I chose "From the ground up landscaping" based on their website and some online reviews. The communication and initial consultation were smooth and professional. However, I found that the project took longer than expected and there were some delays in scheduling. The quality of the work was average - not exceptional, but not terrible either. I wish there was more attention to detail in the final outcome. The team was friendly and courteous, and they did try to accommodate my preferences as best as they could. Overall, I'd say my experience was average, and I had hoped for a bit more in terms of efficiency and the finished result.
