As a customer, I would rate the company as average. While the Game Arts Institute provides online courses for game development, I found the overall experience to be somewhat lacking. The website's layout and design could be improved for better user navigation. Additionally, the course content was average at best, with some topics lacking in depth and others being overly complex without sufficient explanation. The instructors were knowledgeable, but I felt their teaching approach could be more engaging and interactive. On the positive side, the company offered a good range of courses and provided ample resources for students. However, the lack of a supportive community or forum for students to connect and share ideas was disappointing. Overall, I was left with a mediocre impression of the company and believe there is room for improvement in various aspects of their services.
