I had a mixed experience at Kowloon cafe. While the food was good, the service was lacking. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. Nevertheless, the quality of the dishes was worth mentioning. The flavors were well-balanced and the portion sizes were decent. With some improvements in their service, this place could be great.
