I had a mixed experience with Understand the Times. While their website is informative and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and the representatives seemed uninterested in helping me. Despite this, the products I purchased from them were high quality and met my expectations. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
