I bought a bike from Østbyen's Cykel- og Knallertcenter, and I'm satisfied overall. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me find a bike that suited my needs. The customer service was good, and the prices were fair. However, there were some minor issues with the bike after purchase that required additional repairs. Nonetheless, they fixed the issues promptly. I would still recommend this place for their decent service.
