I recently utilized the services of a home care provider, and I must say that I had a rather average experience with Allways Home Care. 😐 Their website did have a user-friendly layout, making it easy to navigate and find the necessary information. However, I found the level of communication to be lacking. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, and there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get the assistance I needed. Despite these shortcomings, the caregivers themselves were friendly and competent, providing adequate care for my loved one. Additionally, the cost of their services was reasonable, which was a plus. Overall, while Allways Home Care did an okay job, there is definitely room for improvement in their communication and responsiveness.
