I recently hired a security service from a company that specializes in providing security guards for various events and locations. The website of the company was easy to navigate, allowing me to quickly find the information I needed. However, as a customer, I found the overall experience to be average. The security guards were professional and well-trained, but their communication skills could have been better. There were a few instances where I had to repeat myself or ask for clarification. Additionally, the response time to inquiries could have been faster. Overall, the security service provided by the company was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and responsiveness.
