The group trip organized by a travel agency was a complete letdown. The accommodations were terrible, with dirty rooms and rude staff. The transportation arrangements were a nightmare, with delayed and overcrowded buses. The itinerary was poorly thought out, with little time to relax and enjoy the destinations. The tour guides were unprofessional and lacked basic knowledge about the places we visited. Overall, I would advise anyone considering this travel agency to look elsewhere for a better group travel experience.
