I have been a customer of Vodacom service provider...

I have been a customer of Vodacom service provider company (pty) ltd. for many years and I must say their service is average. While they do have good coverage in most areas, their customer support can be lacking at times. It can be frustrating trying to get assistance when you have an issue with your phone or plan. Overall, I would say they are an okay company to use if you don't require much assistance.
