I purchased a few gadgets from an online store recently. The experience was not as expected. The website was slow and difficult to navigate. The prices were reasonable, but the delivery took longer than anticipated. Additionally, one of the products arrived damaged. The customer support was not very helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, I was disappointed with the purchase experience.
