I have been using the services of a telecom provider for a few months now, but I am not very happy with the service. The reception is sometimes poor, and I have experienced dropped calls on multiple occasions. The customer service is average, as they take a while to respond to queries. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service and will be looking to switch to a different provider soon.
