My recent visit to Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady was disappointing. The customer service was lacking, and the overall atmosphere was dull. The casino floor felt cramped and noisy, making it difficult to enjoy any of the games. The dining options were limited, and the food quality was subpar. Not the experience I was hoping for.
