I recently purchased some lumber from the company's website and found the ordering process to be fairly straightforward. The selection of products was decent, and I appreciated the variety of options available. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of detailed product descriptions and specifications. Additionally, the shipping time was a bit longer than expected, which was a bit inconvenient for my project timeline. On the positive side, the quality of the lumber was satisfactory, and the customer service team was responsive to my inquiries.
