I had a terrible experience with a travel agency on a recent group trip. The accommodations were appalling, with dirty rooms and broken facilities. The transportation arrangements were a disaster, with constant delays and uncomfortable vehicles. The itinerary was poorly organized, with rushed visits to attractions and no time for proper exploration. The tour guides were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing a good experience. I strongly advise against using this travel agency for a group trip.
