I recently started doing pilates and stumbled upon this studio. I am completely impressed with the quality of instruction and the atmosphere here. The classes are well-structured and provide a great workout. The instructors are friendly and helpful, always making sure I am doing the exercises correctly. I have noticed a significant improvement in my strength and posture since joining. House of Pilates is definitely one of the best studios I have ever been to.
