I recently used the services of a local plumbing company, and overall my experience was average. The technicians were punctual and polite, but I didn't feel like the quality of work matched the price. The website was easy to navigate and had some helpful information, which I appreciated. However, I think the company could improve on their communication with customers. There were a few times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. It would have been more reassuring to have better follow-up and updates throughout the process. Overall, the job was completed adequately, but I think there is room for improvement in customer service and pricing.
