As a CUSTOMER, I would rate Urban neighborhood initiatives as average. The organization does some good work in the community, but there is room for improvement. They need to communicate with their stakeholders more effectively and be more transparent about their processes and decision-making. Overall, I appreciate their efforts, but there is definitely room for growth.
