I've been working out at a few CrossFit gyms in the past, but CrossFit Fringe has been the best experience so far. The workouts are challenging and the trainers are fantastic. They provide constant feedback and encouragement, which pushes me to do better each time. The community aspect is great too, as everyone is welcoming and always ready to help. Highly recommended!
