As a CUSTOMER, I must say that Smartsoft is an average company. Their website smartsoftgaming.com looks decent and the user interface is easy to navigate. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and didn't provide me with a satisfactory solution. Overall, I think Smartsoft has room for improvement.
