I have been a member at Island Health & Fitness for several years now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating, and they really push you to achieve your fitness goals. The group fitness classes are fun and challenging, and there's something for everyone. I highly recommend Island Health & Fitness!
