As a customer of Golden Routes Travel International Ltd Liab. Co, I must say that my experience with them was average. The website goldenroutes.com was easy to navigate, but their customer service could have been better. I had some issues with my booking and it took them quite some time to resolve it. However, once it was resolved, everything went smoothly. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
