I have been using Halogen software for a few month...

I have been using Halogen software for a few months now and I must say, it is quite average. It has some useful features, but overall, the experience is just okay. The interface is a bit clunky and it takes some time to navigate through the different sections. The customer support is also average, sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a response. One thing I do like about Halogen software is the reporting capabilities. It provides detailed reports that are easy to understand and analyze. However, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of user experience and customer support.
