I've been a member at Crossfit Central Houston for a few months now and I'm loving it. The workouts are intense, but the trainers are great at providing modifications for all fitness levels. The community here is incredible - everyone is so friendly and encouraging. I've made great progress in my fitness journey since joining. Highly recommend!
