The Kickboxing gym at 4kickbox.com is a great place to get fit and learn self-defense. The trainers are highly skilled and the workouts are challenging yet rewarding. I've been going here for a few months now and I can definitely see improvements in my strength and stamina. The instructors are very knowledgeable and always push me to do my best.
