I recently used a drafting service for my remodeling project and found this company. The process was straightforward, and the staff was friendly and responsive to my questions. However, I was slightly disappointed with the turnaround time for my project. It took longer than I had expected, which was a bit inconvenient for my timeline. The quality of the drafting was decent, but I had to make a few revisions to correct some errors. Overall, it was an average experience. I appreciated the reasonable pricing and the professionalism of the team, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of efficiency and accuracy. Hopefully, they can address these issues to provide a better experience for future customers. 🏗️
