I recently used this insurance company for my car insurance and overall, I found their service to be average. 🤷‍♀️ Their website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it convenient to get a quote. However, I had a few issues with their customer service. It took them quite a while to respond to my queries and their communication lacked promptness. 📞💬 Additionally, I found their rates to be slightly higher compared to other insurance providers I've used in the past. 💸 On the positive side, the coverage options provided were comprehensive and suited my needs. 🚗✅ While I cannot say my experience with them was outstanding, I also didn't have any major complaints. If you're looking for a decent insurance provider and don't mind paying a bit more, this company might be worth considering. 😊
