I recently used a construction company for a project, and overall, my experience was average. The company website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, when it came to communication, I found it lacking. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries, and at times, I felt like my concerns were not being fully addressed. The quality of the work was satisfactory, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be fixed afterwards. The team did rectify the issues promptly, but I would have preferred for them to be addressed correctly the first time. In terms of pricing, I found it to be on par with other companies in the industry. Overall, the construction project was completed, but the experience could have been better with improved communication and attention to detail.
